Satay Sauce

Equipment

Non stick pan

Wooden spoon


Ingredients

4 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter

1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Light Brown Sugar

1 400ml Tin Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes

1/2 tsp Chilli Powder





Method

Put all ingredients in the non stick pan and bring to the boil stirring to mix well. 

Simmer /gentle boil for 5-6 mins until it begins to thicken. The longer you cook it the more it will thicken

Serve alongside chicken breast with rice and green beans or use as a base for the peanut noodle stir fry (recipe to follow)
