Morning Fruity Smoothie - so healthy, so easy!

Best start to the day alongside your usual breakfast. Use frozen fruit which is significantly cheaper alongside fresh berries and add Flaxseeds with vitamin boost for ultimate healthy and delicious smoothie!  Go on Henry... give it a go!

Ingredients

Frozen Cherries

Blueberries

Raspberries

Blackberries ......any berries

Flaxseed 

Cranberry juice - or any juice!

Banana

Milk 


Method

So quick and easy. Wash the fresh fruit at the beginning of the week and keep in a bowl with clingfilm in the fridge.



Grab the frozen fruit from the freezer and sprinkle into the nutribullet cup. Add fresh berries, banana, sprinkle flaxseed, cranberry juice and milk. 

Blend and drink.
