Ingredients
Stock:
1/2 pint beef stock
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp hoisin
1 tbsp butter
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp hoisin
1 tbsp butter
Pork to marinade:
1- 1 1/4 pork loin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp hoisin
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Additionals:
Udon or ramen noodles
Spring onions
grated carrot
coriander
soft boiled eggs
sesame seeds
sesame oil
Chopped red chillis
Combine stock ingredients and heat over a low heat.
Mix all the pork loin ingredients together and marinade for at least an hour preferably overnight.
Place pork in a roasting and roast for 20-25 minutes until the thickest part of the pork registers 145 degrees. Flip the pork every 10 mins or so and baste.
Meanwhile prep the other ramen ingredients including cooking the noodles according to packet instructions.
Divide the noodles between bowls and pour in warmed ramen stock. Top each bowl with pork and any toppings you have chosen. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame and chilli.
