Oat, Apricot and White Chocolate Rice Krispie Flapjacks

Quick and easy tea time snack

Ingredients
100g white chocolate
75g butter
75g golden syrup
60g rice krispies
60g porridge oats
50g dried apricots (or cranberries,sultanas..)
30g pecans (toasted if you have time)

Method
Line a tin 18-28cm with greasproof paper.
Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup gently (on a low heat) in the microwave stirring every now and then.
Add the dry ingredients and mix. 
Press into the prepared tin.
Refrigerate for an hour and eat! Needs to be kept in the fridge.
As alternative use milk choc and sultanas
