Slow cooked chicken tikka masala (WW)

Healthy and delicious low fat version of the classic!

Serves 6

Preheat oven to 150c or 130c fan

Ingredients

2 cans tinned tomaotes
1 large onion diced
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
900g chicken thighs
2 tsp salt
250g low fat natural yog
handful finely chopped fresh coriander 

Method

Combine all ingredients except yogurt and chopped fresh coriander in a casserole dish. Place in oven for 6 hours at 150 or 130 fan.

Stir in yog and sprinkle coriander before serving. Enjoy!
