Rice Krispie, Oat, Apricot and White Chocolate Flapjacks

Tasty tea time treat!


Ingredients
100g white chocolate
75g unsalted butter
75g golden syrup
60g rice krispies
60g porridge oats
50g dried apricots
30g toasted pecans

Method
Melt cocolate, butter and syrup gently in the microwave
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour over butter and syrup mix stire well.

Press into a small tin refrigerate. 
Keep in the fridge and cover with foil to stop it going soft.
(can use milk choc and sultanas as alternative.
