Amazing Coriander and Avocado Hummus


Delicious low fat healthy snack - with rice cakes, crudite or crisps!

Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas drained
100ml water (or more)
glug of olive oil
salt and pepper to season
tsp chilli flakes (or to taste)
2 garlic cloves (chucky ones)
1 avocado
1 lemon
handful coriander (or basil as alternative)

Method
Mix together in a large nutribullet cup. dollop into a serving platter and eat - Yum
