Protein Banana Chocolate and Walnut Muffins

A great healthy snack - make without scales - just cup and tsp measurements - can freeze these and defrost in microwave for 30 secs

                 

Preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan
prep time 10 mins
cook time 20 mins 

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup of oil *coconut, avocado)
1 egg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp  baking soda
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup choc chips
1/3 cup walnuts 

Method
Preheat oven to 180 fan 160
Grease a muffin tin or put paper cases in each of 12 holes
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except milk
Lastly stir in the milk quickly don't over-stir
Pour evenly into the cake tin or paper cases in the muffin tin
Bake for 20 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. After a couple of mins cooling remove cases from tin or take out muffins to cool on wire rack.
